DDR-64 PITCH ROOF TRUSS BY GIANT TRUSS

The DDR 64 is India’s first 100% indigenously designed and manufactured roof truss system. Using best-in-class 6082 T6 grade alloy, the main grid is made from the JTX/ EX truss system and allows a span of 24 mtrs without the roof and 18 mtrs with the roof. The towers are made from the LD 38 truss system. Newly designed star connection systems allow the ladders to get connected with the mother grid thus making it very strong & robust. The ladder systems are very useful for hanging lights and sub hangs which is an added benefit to event production managers. The area covered by the roof truss is 18 mtrs x 15 mtrs and achieves a clear height of 11 mtrs. A total of approx. 3000 sq. ft is covered under the roof truss. Steel wires used to stabilize the roof truss enables it to withstand winds of upto 75 kmph. The total load-bearing capacity of the structure is 12 tonnes. A newly designed system to stretch the canopy helps prevent water accumulation and this has proven to be effective in the unpredictable climate of India. The structure has been designed keeping in mind easy transportation thus making it cost-efficient, easy to install and viable for long-distance haulage.
