Knee Shield Sweeps everyone needs to know. If you you are a keen knee shield player it is very important to have a good arsenal including quality sweeps and submissions. In this video we cover 4 sweeps from knee shield .. the first is a basic scissor sweep which tbh I personally use to set up the second sweep but does work well against beginners. The second sweep is one of the coolest in jiu jitsu I think .. the shaolin sweep. Third we look at a basic hip bump sweep from the octopus guard which is easily accessible from the knee shield.
