Pennsylvania Snakehead Fishing - You Never Know What's Going to Bite

Pennsylvania snakehead fishing is always an adventure, but this trip turned into one of the most surprising mornings I've ever had on the water! I headed into a Pennsylvania swamp with one goal: catch a Northern Snakehead using artificial lures. Instead, I ended up catching fish I never expected to see crush a lure. Before finally landing a beautiful Northern Snakehead, I was surprised by a Channel Catfish and a Yellow Bullhead—two species that rarely hit artificial baits. To finish off the morning, I also landed a healthy Largemouth Bass while targeting snakeheads. Throughout this video, I share some of my favorite tips for locating and catching Pennsylvania Northern Snakehead in different types of water, including open water and moderately weeded areas. If you're interested in snakehead fishing, freshwater fishing, or exploring unique fishing spots around Pennsylvania, I hope these tips help you catch more fish.
