Of course, that is based on the kids' standards. If you want something luxurious and relaxing, you probably need to go to a different 5-star hotel. If your goal is simply for the kids to have fun, this is a place worth visiting. I stayed at the Royal Club 10 years ago, and it didn't feel particularly luxurious. I do remember being able to use the lounge because I upgraded my room. But seriously, who said there were no people in Guam...? There were tons of people. As for PIC....
