When a player wants me to use a civilization, they must pay that civilization’s listed cost. How Donations Work A donation is used to select one civilization from the list above. The donation amount must match the civilization’s listed price. If a viewer donates for multiple civilizations, the civilizations will be added to the play queue in the order they are received, unless I state a different queue rule on stream. A donated civilization applies to one game unless I clearly announce a different rule for a specific event or challenge. No Refund Rule All Pay to Play donations are final. No refunds are allowed once a donation is made for a civilization pick. By donating, the viewer understands that they are supporting the stream and choosing a civilization challenge for entertainment purposes. A donation is not a purchase of a guaranteed win, rank result, match outcome, or exact game length. If the selected civilization is received correctly, the donation is considered fulfilled when I play that civilization on stream according to the queue and stream conditions. Stream Conditions and Limitations Civilization picks will be played live on stream when reasonably possible. Delays may happen because of matchmaking, current game in progress, technical issues, disconnects, event formats, or stream scheduling. If a game cannot be played immediately, the civilization pick remains queued for a future game or stream segment. I reserve the right to delay, reorder, or reschedule a civilization pick if needed to keep the stream running properly. Invalid or Unclear Donations If a donation message is unclear, missing the civilization name, or names a civilization not listed in this ruleset, I will use reasonable judgment to interpret the viewer’s intent. If the intended civilization cannot be determined, I may ask chat for clarification or place the donation on hold until clarified. The donation itself is still non refundable. Duplicate Picks Multiple viewers may donate for the same civilization. If the same civilization is picked multiple times, I will play it multiple times unless I announce a special event rule that limits repeats. Gameplay Integrity Viewers are donating to influence the civilization I play, not to control every decision in game. I will still play the match normally and make my own gameplay choices. Donations do not give coaching control, backseat control, or authority over stream moderation. Completion of a Pick A civilization pick is considered completed once I enter and play a game on stream using that civilization. A viewer is donating for the attempt and the entertainment value of the challenge, not for a specific result. Final Authority I have final say on the interpretation and enforcement of these rules during the stream.
