She looks to be a mature adult. Although she wears her bangs down to hide her eyes, she is actually quite beautiful. According to her, she wants her customers to come to her shop just for her ear cleaning and nothing else, so she eliminated any non-relevant factors. It seems that someone once came to her shop praising her beauty, and she started hiding her face with her bangs after that. She is a genuine earpick collector, and is such an eccentric one that she is willing to pay a lot of money for a rare earpick. The story behind how she came to love earpicks is unknown. Her purpose in life is to test the performance of her earpicks, and so she runs an ear cleaning shop for that purpose. Unlike other places, her store does not focus solely on providing comfort and healing. But as far as she is concerned, it’s all good as long as both she and his customers end up happy. She considers that her life calling. However, since she runs the store by herself, she doesn't want it to become too famous, and so she doesn’t do any form of advertisement for the store. ...According to rumors, the shop is actually equipped with surveillance cameras.
