A spring afternoon at HEAMIES FARM WCML including heavy freight & class 47 & 33 West Coast 16.4.26
After working at the farm, SJ and I enjoyed a return to Heamies Farm on the West Coast Mainline. Plenty of trains as usual, and a revisit to the S.H field and both bridges, and even the old now sadly dilapidated Thistle Bridge. Many happy memories at Heamies, and even though my son is now grown up, I still take SJ to reminisce, half sad and half happy. You have to adapt to life. Trains always help that transition.
