Hi everyone! :-) In today's tutorial, we'll learn how to crochet this little dragon and see how to make a cute keychain. With this tutorial, we're launching a new series of mini amigurumi animals! :-) With this first tutorial, we'll learn the basic pattern for making the body we'll need for any other of these little animals. We're also learning a new stitch for creating legs in amigurumi, a sort of bobble stitch incorporated into the single crochet. This way, we'll crochet the head, body, and legs in a single piece. ;-) This entire series of tutorials, when worked with thick yarn and a 4mm crochet hook, also gives us the opportunity to create fun toys for children. ;-) The amigurumi dragon is a quick project to make, great for gifts or even for those who sell their crochet creations. It's not difficult, but it does require some familiarity with reading the work.
