ADT Lifesaver | Carbon Monoxide Could Have Killed Family in Virginia
When Aline Brito answered the phone in her Arlington, VA home on the afternoon of October 5, it was Ryan Dillman an emergency dispatcher from the Knoxville Customer Monitoring Center. Ryan told Aline that he had received a carbon monoxide signal from the home and that he had already contacted the fire department which was on its way. He advised the family to evacuate until first responders arrived. When they got there, firefighters discovered large amounts of carbon monoxide coming from a faulty water heater.
