An American Tourist Visits El Alto - Bolivia's Most Dangerous City

I've finally arrived in La Paz, Bolivia, to begin my 5-week bicycle tour of the Altiplano. Then, against multiple warnings, I set off to El Alto, considered one of Bolivia's most dangerous cities. Despite the reputation, I wanted to see El Alto for myself so I explore the hood on foot, searching for the Cholita Wrestlers.
