REVIEW: KERMIS WEERT 2018

The large Weert fair, which had a few changes this year. For example, the fares have gone up, and the setup has also been shuffled around quite a bit. And not in the prettiest way. ___ YouTube channel: Fair Reporter announces the following: Dear operators/viewers, This affects me too, and I'm therefore obligated to point this out to you. As of May 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is in effect. This means that you are no longer allowed to intentionally film people if you intend to use those images for personal information. Anyone who has a subscription can imagine that they can be photographed or filmed. Intentionally filmed people have given their consent to be filmed and published. However, it is not prohibited for a street photographer/videographer to film people because I don't use the images for anyone's personal information. Therefore, filming people is legal. If you really don't want to be filmed, please contact me on the spot. The footage will be deleted immediately. For those who do not respond, this is automatically and tacitly agreed. Thank you from me: Marijn Vermeeren AKA: Fair Reporter
