In this video, I discuss the differences between freewheels and freehubs/cassettes and explain why the freehub is a better system. I also run through the 4 most common freehub bodies (Shimano/Sram, Campagnolo, Sram XD, and Shimano Microspline) and a basic run-through of what cassettes fit them.
