HİNDİSTAN CEVİZLİ KURABİYE Malzemeler: 125 Gr tereyağı veya margarin 1 Çay bardağı sıvıyağ 1 Çay bardağı hindistan cevizi 1 Çay bardağı nişasta (buğday veya mısır farketmez) 2 Adet yumurta ( bir adet yumurta beyazı üzeri için) 1 Su bardağı tepeleme pudra şekeri 3 Su bardağı un ( un miktarı markasına göre değişebilir) 1 Paket kabartma tozu Üzeri için: 1 Yumurta beyazı Hindistan cevizi ✔️Kullanmış olduğum su bardağı ölçüsü 200 ml ✔️Kullanmış olduğum çay bardağı ölçüsü 125 ml ✔️Önceden ısıtılmış 190C derece alt üst ayar fırında 25 dakika pişiriyoruz.Her fırın farklı olduğundan pişirme süresi değişebilir.
