Police seized 74 kilograms of gold bullion and hundreds of billions of rupiah in cash from a house in the elite Sentul area, Bogor Regency, West Java. The evidence is suspected of being linked to three corruption and money laundering (TPPU) cases. The search was conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission (Kortas Tipikor) of the National Police Headquarters in conjunction with the Bogor Police in the Bukit Golf Hijau area, Cijayanti Village, Babakan Madang District. Inside a locked safe, police found seven suitcases containing gold bullion, US$4.7 million, S$14 million, and Rp100 million in rupiah. The total value is estimated at Rp476 billion. In addition to the gold and cash, investigators also seized documents, cell phones, and several other items.
