How to paint Spotted Eagle Ray

Hey guys! I'm doing something different today, but still super easy and fun. For those of you who asked for galaxy painting tutorial.. well.. this uses similar painting techniques in terms of getting the background colour down, the only difference is the last step of not adding additional splatter with white gouache. So it's really versatile.
