Trangia vs. M71 Notkocher (Spiritus vs. Brennpaste) №105

I swear by the small M71 emergency stove; it's often my companion on my trips. However, I've also now got a Trangia because there's something I really like. But which is better, or rather, which is faster? Spirit or fuel paste? You can see that in my video. By the way, I'll still be using the M71; I just have the choice now, depending on the situation.
