ADieHD Episode 1 - Running on 4 hours sleep

Welcome to my Brand new, Raw and unfiltered ADHD Podcast, where I will be discussing my own Combined type ADHD. I want to share my own experiences and chaos in an unapologetic unfiltered straight to the point recognisable way, I want you the listener to really feel like you know me and I want you to be able to really see yourself in me. I want you to enjoy this and see it as a fun, interactive way to learn about yourself and if I can help you in the dark days or even the good days, then that’s what this is all about. This episode is about me from a young age up until now covering a vast array of topics, I must say, I’ll get better structure as I record more of these episode in the coming weeks and months. The number one thing I want you to take from this is that you do not feel alone in your own ADHD whether you are diagnosed or not. We’re in this together.
