Top Thrill Dragster Media Kit 2003

This is the official interactive CD press kit Cedar Point released for promotional material and news outlets for the all-new Top Thrill Dragster. Officially announced on January 9th, 2003, Top Thrill Dragster would be the world's tallest and fastest roller coaster. Designed by Intamin of Switzerland, Top Thrill Dragster would launch 0 to 120 mph in 4 seconds up and down a 420 ft tall tower. Included in this press kit are the interactive menus, video gallery of the official announcement and animation videos, Cedar Point, Intamin, and American Coaster Enthusiasts interviews, "Are You Ready?" park trailer, concept at photo gallery, and official press releases. Top Thrill Dragster operated at Cedar Point from 2003 to 2021. It will re-open in 2024 as Top Thrill 2 with a complete make-over of a new launch system, new trains, and a reverse backwards spike also standing 420 feet.
