HADFIELD: CREATING BASIC FEATURES – backboard & platform. Finally, I’ve managed to start the Hadfield build. Today’s video is all about those basic features, ie the backboard, ready for the painted backscene, which will be based on real images from Google Earth. Secondly the plaftorm. Yes one platform, as Hadfield is on Manchester’s single track branchline network. I go through the basic structure and how I created the platform edge shape as its not completely straight. The real station track does curve the opposite way to mine, but this would reduce space for the station building. See how I got on, and enjoy!
