March 31, 1992 The French government launched a major study for the development of Séguin Island following the demolition of the Renault factory. This sixty-hectare site is attracting much interest: 4 hectares on the left bank, 11 on the island, and 43 on the Boulogne side. Neighboring municipalities want to be involved in the projects. Interview with Paul Graziani, mayor of Boulogne, who does not want to see a second Defense building built on this site.
