March 31, 1992 The French government launched a major study for the development of Séguin Island following the demolition of the Renault factory. This sixty-hectare site is attracting much interest: 4 hectares on the left bank, 11 on the island, and 43 on the Boulogne side. Neighboring municipalities want to be involved in the projects.
