ROSE - from medicine to tradition: How a doctor from Bucharest transforms rose petals from Pârlipăț into medicine! Alina Ieva is closely connected to her roots in Prilipeț or Pârlipăț, as the locals proudly call it. Although she practices as a doctor in Bucharest, her heart remains in Caraș-Severin, where she gave life to a fascinating universe of aromatic plants and a superb plantation of edible roses. Guided by the Hippocratic principle "Let food be your medicine", Alina prepared a special elixir for our show: Rose. A recipe with a family scent Alina did not look for complicated recipes, but adapted the old rose recipe, passed down from generation to generation in her family. Instead of elderberries, she used fresh, fragrant and intensely colored rose petals. How does it taste? Rose from Pârlipăț is an explosion of freshness. It has a fine, floral, intensely aromatic, but extremely balanced taste. The sweet notes of the petals are perfectly cut by the natural acidity obtained through fermentation from the rice grains, leaving a cool and pure feeling of well-being after the taste.
