❌레시피는 공유하고 있지 않습니다❌ instagram : https://instagram.com/bam.__.y?igshid... e-mail : [email protected] 안녕하세요 밤이입니다 :-) 💛레몬 디저트 만들기 2탄으로 돌아왔습니당💛 🍋이번에는 사각 실리콘 틀에 레몬 파운드를 구워 봤어요!! 미니미하니 귀여운 파운드에 레몬 아이싱 뿌려서 완성😆 레몬 갸또 만들기에도 도전해 보았는데요 레몬 갸또 위에 얼그레이 가나슈를 부어주고 그 위에 생크림과 레몬 커드로 아이싱했습니다 하지만.. 이 레몬 갸또 맛이 살짝 아쉬웠어요:( 레몬 갸또와 얼그레이 가나슈가 따로 노는 듯한 맛이더라구용? 얼그레이를 가나슈 대신 생크림으로 하는 게 더 맛있을 거 같은 느낌입니당 마지막으로 만든 디저트는 레몬 무스 케이크입니다!🤗 레몬 과육을 넣어 만든 젤리를 레몬 무스 안에 넣어 만들었는데 정말 이렇게 셔도 되는 건가 싶은 무스케이크를 만들어 버렸어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 신 거 정말 좋아하는데 레몬 과육을 넣은 건 너무 과했다...라는 결론을 내며 이번 레몬 베이킹 2탄도 마무리~ 💛이번 영상도 재밌게 보시고 힐링 받고 가세요💛 ❌We don't share recipes❌ instagram : https://instagram.com/bam.__.y?igshid... e-mail : [email protected] Hello, this is Bamy :-) 💛 We're back with Lemon Dessert Making Part 2 💛 🍋 This time, I baked lemon pounds in a square silicone mold! Completed by sprinkling lemon icing on a mini cute pound 😆 I've tried making lemon gateau . Pour Earl Grey ganache over lemon gatto and icing with whipped cream and lemon curd. But... I was a little disappointed with this lemon gateau:( Lemon gateau and Earl Grey ganache taste like playing separately? I think it would be better to use whipped cream instead of ganache. The last dessert I made is lemon mousse cake!🤗 I made a jelly made with lemon pulp inside the lemon mousse, and I made a mousse cake that I wondered if it was really supposed to be this sour.
