We stay at Camping Les Romarins in the beautiful village of Maussane-les-Alpilles… and at first, we weren’t convinced. After a disappointing stop at a nearby tourist hotspot, this municipal campsite didn’t exactly wow us on arrival. But once we explored the village, visited the local market, and settled into campsite life — everything changed. From peaceful countryside walks to one of the nicest markets we’ve experienced in France, this place completely surprised us.
