In this video, we decided to conduct a real experiment with an air fryer! We cooked French fries in two bowls at once: one with conventional convection, and the other with convection and steam. We'll compare the results, taste, and texture, and show you which ones turned out better. In the video, we also cook chicken breast and a cottage cheese casserole to test how an air fryer handles different dishes in everyday cooking. But the most interesting thing is that we measured the actual energy consumption of the air fryer during cooking.
