A Brit in San Francisco: what to do in 2 days!

The road trip begins! In this new series I travel with friends Melissa and Kathryn through California, Oregon and Washington on a 10 day road trip! In this episode, I arrive into San Francisco where I’ll be spending 2 nights at the RIU Plaza Fisherman’s Wharf and making the most of its facilities and excellent location. Come with me as I show you the hotel, the immediate location plus mischief on the historic cable cars, exploring Pier 39 and admiring the resident sea-lions, a boat trip of the Bay and under the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island and its prison, walking Lombard Street, and my first time in a Waymo (driverless taxi).
