Motivational Interviewing OARS Annotated

I added captions to this video of a pedatrician using OARS (part of Motivational Interviewing) to encourage a mom to stop smoking. When I've tried in the past to teach these skills, people feel overwhelmed and intimated. When they see it in action they realize that they use many of these skills already, but not as purposefully as needed. I thought the captions would help. Please comment or leave questions if needed.
