#12 The first night in a new log house. I built a bed and a table.
Hello everyone. In this episode, I partially insulated the walls, closed the cracks between the logs, and I also insulated the main wall, near which I will sleep. I fixed the reflective insulation, then attached felt on top, so I can avoid blowing at night. I also put together a bed and a mattress, which my wife and I sewed at home. I put a table next to the bed. The end of the day was the preparation of a delicious dinner on coals. I sliced the potatoes, mixed them with minced meat and seasoning, and then put them in the oven for 1 hour. This is the first night in my wooden house, and I'm glad it happened in winter, because it's cold and snowing all around, making it even more cozy and warmer inside.
