Brothers Thomas and Thorsten Große (50 and 42 years old, respectively) have been addicted to car tinkering since childhood, instilled in them by their father. The time they spend with their cars is associated with precious memories of carefree moments. Together, the brothers own what is probably the oldest hand-assembled Ford Escort MKIII from 1980 and its sporty offshoot, the Escort RS1600i from 1982. The latter has been back in the family with some interruptions and has already covered a good half a million kilometers. They turn the ignition for AUTO BILD KLASSIK.
