Liquor Store and Mini-Mart Just Purchased With this 7k SQFT Mixed-Use Building! Behind the Scenes !

Here is the full video of my newest rental property purchase! This is a mixed-use property with residential apartments on the 2nd floor and a liquor store and min-mart on the main floor. This property was a great deal and without the stores but the businesses came with the building as well! I did have to pay for the inventory separately which was a lot but I was okay paying for that based on the deal I got on everything else. I also used a 1031 exchange to buy this property after selling rental property number 8 a couple of weeks ago.    • Should we Sell or Keep this Rental Propert...   I used a private money loan for the rest of the purchase. I had to bring no money to closing after paying $10k in earnest money (except the inventory which was paid directly to the seller). I have never done anything like this before so it should be fun and exciting! If things don't go as planned I could always sell the liquor store and mini-mart operate from the building and keep the building.
