I’m not gonna lie though, it DOES build confidence. You stop overthinking, you go after what you want, you become that guy who actually acts instead of just thinking. But at the same time… it's pretty exhausting. Putting in all that effort just for a “I got a boyfriend” or a dry conversation that leads nowhere will humble you QUICK.
