I’ve been going to Carpinteria since I was a small child with my family. It’s been so fun to bring Mike back and make our own memories here as a married couple. The last few times were full of more work and cooking over the campfire, we decided to just treat it like a vacation and eat out. It was so relaxing and we got out and about so much more because of it. It was a great last trip for us before moving and I ended up having an experience with him that I’ll never forget 🤍 We were in the last campsite at the end with the older bathrooms. Every other campsite has newer single stalled bathrooms and showers that are really nice. If you would like to reserve your own spot it’s through the California state website for campsites and you can find Carpinteria on the list as well as many other great spots.
