In this video I talk about Food Waste being a renewable resource. When food waste is put into a digester locally and produces Biogas, that biogas can be easily used and offset a home or business owner's fossil fuel use. There are multiple other advantages as well: 1. No transport of waste 2. No mixing of food waste with plastics or other wastes causing contamination. 3. Use of liquid fertiliser. 4. Reduce your carbon footprint.
