Making a Water in Oil Emulsion with Lecithin

Today I wanted to share my first time making a Water in Oil emulsion using the natural emulsifier Lecithin. Below I will have a list of the ingredients I used for you as a reference. This video is mostly about the process of making an emulsion, and less about the finished outcome. When trying out a new technique or ingredient, it important to get the manufacturing process down first! W/O Emulsions have mostly oil in them, but since they do contain water, they need to be properly preserved. They are creamy and thick and best applied at night time.
