Welcome to this weeks video. This is really a part one of two as I did so much canning over the Easter long weekend. In this video I take you through canning quite a lot jars. We have 3 recipes that I focus on in this video which are: Beef Stroganoff, Beef Hotpot, and Chicken Curry. All recipes come from the book "The all new Ball book of canning and preserving" First Edition, 2016. I also start a chicken stock in the slow cooker and finish that off in the next video.
