Aggression is a characteristic present in many animal species and which, in itself, is not to be considered pathological if it remains within certain limits, in fact, in certain situations it is even essential to defend one's physical or psychological territory, and it is nothing more, in its expression of attack, than one of the three possible reactions to fear. In fact, we do not usually get angry when we are sure of ourselves, but when we are afraid. Dealing with relationships both in the classroom and in coaching, I often encounter the topic of aggression during my days and I notice that many people who admit to having an aggressive nature often secretly delight in it, with the very comfortable "I'm made like this" and underestimating a lot of stuff.
