HOW TO MAKE TASTY BBQ BEEF SKEWERS | EASY BEEF SKEWERS RECIPE |The cooking nurse

Today i am grilling the most flavorful beef skewers you will ever have, these can be made in the oven but i will be using a charcoal stove to grill them and trust me either way this turns out the softest and juiciest muchomo i have ever had. INGREDIENTS 250 gm fresh beef 1 red onion 2 garlic cloves 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon salt RECIPE in a large bowl put the washed and chopped beef, grate the red onion and garlic and add all the spices above and mix well until all the meat is covered in spices. this can be done in a plastic seal-able bag and put in the refrigerator for 30 mins. remove and put the beef onto skewers,you can add vegetables or you can do without them. keep turning so it wont burn if you are using the same stove as mine. you can use BBQ sauce or you can create yours and apply it onto the skewers. i hope you enjoy this video, give it a like and feel free to leave me a comment. please share this link
