Na abertura oficial da 44ª Feira do Queijo de Celorico da Beira, o Presidente da República, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, defendeu que o Queijo Serra da Estrela DOP, tem de ser Património Mundial, certo é, que a EstrelaCoop, a Cooperativa dos Produtores de Queijo Serra da Estrela, já está a preparar a algum tempo a candidatura a Património Imaterial Mundial da UNESCO.
