ストロップの手入れ

I only need to maintain it once the edges become clogged and start to slip. In my case, I do it once every few years. The key is to nap the edges. In my experience, a saw blade with 12 teeth per inch worked best. Even then, it never fully recovered, so I think the strop is somewhat of a consumable item.
