Today I show you how to make Korean Street Toast. These are toasted sandwiches, but in Korea we call them toasts. There are many ways to make street toasts. You can use any filling you want. This recipe is not absolute. My favorite combination is omelet, ham, cheese and shredded cabbage. Try it! In a bowl, beat the egg and mix with salt&pepper, carrot and cabbage. 2. Butter a large pan, pour the egg mixture and fry into an omelet. 3. In the remaining space, butter and toast the sliced bread on both sides. 4. On the toast, layer omelet, sugar, ketchup, ham, cheese and cabbage and close the sandwich.
