Changing Fluids in a John Deere A

When I was a kid one of my favorite things was to ride "the putt putt tractor" with Granddaddy. My grandfather's 1952 John Deere A sat in a shed for years since he died. He bought this tractor in about 1981 (no one in the family is certain) and used it while playing farmer in his retirement. I wanted to see if I could make it live again and the first step was changing out all the oils, transmission, rear end, engine and lift. This was last summer (2021) but I'm just getting around to putting the video together. The project is ongoing even though the tractor is currently running it isn't complete yet, and I'm still working on more videos. If things go well over the summer with putting the tractor back together I'll be using it to run the cane mill in the fall when I make sorghum syrup, just like Granddaddy did every time when he was alive.
