BMW E39 M5 S62 V8 Alloy Radiator upgrade install fitting Review How To DIY Guide

Welcome to another How-To guide video for the BMW E39 M5. Today we will be reviewing and fitting an alloy radiator from Direnza. I have zero affiliation with this company and it is the first time I have bought one of their products. We start off with a breif description of what and why we are doing the work, then we unbox the brand new radiator and have an initial assessment overview of it. Upgrading to an alloy radiator is beneficial as all the end tanks are fully seam welded on to the core - This is unlike a standard radiator where the end tanks are pressed and clipped on to the core. This should add reliability to any cooling system regardless of the car. This guide covers removal of the old radiator and associated parts, and then refitting of the new one, with new hoses and a new BMW expansion tank. If you have any questions, please let me know in the comments. I will add another review video of the radiator after I have had time to test it's reliability and robustness.
