Production is taking place at Warner Bros Studios Leavesden in the United Kingdom, with Francesca Gardiner as showrunner and Mark Mylod directing multiple episodes. The cast includes Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger, Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley, Paapa Essiedu as Severus Snape, John Lithgow as Albus Dumbledore, Nick Frost as Rubeus Hagrid, and Janet McTeer as Minerva McGonagall. Executive Producer J.K. Rowling retains full creative oversight. Producer David Heyman produced all eight original Warner Bros films.
