QUERIDO MIGUEL HERNANDEZ

On May 30, 2026, poetry, music, and painting will come together in a very special artistic and cultural event organized by José Antonio Martil and Francisco Vizcano of the La Karamba Cultural Association, through the Calamonte Town Hall's Municipal Library. More than a dozen amateur artists from Calamonte and Badajoz will participate in the project "Dear Miguel Hernández," a moving tribute to the great Spanish poet Miguel Hernández, tragically murdered, whose work and legacy remain more alive than ever. The participants have already taken part in other thematic events held at the library, such as "Dear García Lorca," "Dear Gloria Fuertes," and significant events like "Visible Pride."
