At the time of the pre-inspection filming, the 84-type apartment was priced at 5.5 billion won, but recently, it was sold for 6.15 billion won. CheongdamReL, a high-end new Gangnam building, remains popular and is expected to continue to do so. As befitting a high-end new building, the magnificent pool, diverse community spaces, and landscaping were alluring. The community areas, including the library, were closed on the day of the pre-inspection, so I wasn't able to film them. However, I did film the community areas where I could.
