Baked Not Fried Twisted Donuts (Glazed)

How to make Baked Twisted Donuts or glazed twisted bread :) Here's what you'll need: 1 cup warm milk (250ml) 2 eggs 1/3 cup sugar (65g) 1 tsp vanilla (5ml) 2 tsp instant yeast (6g) 4 cups all purpose flour (500g) 1 tsp salt (5g) 1/3 cup butter (75g) unsalted For the glaze: 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted (120g) 2 tbsp milk (30ml) You can fry this recipe too ;) 1. In a bowl, mix together milk, eggs, sugar , yeast and vanilla. Add flour and salt. Mix until incorporated then knead until smooth. Add butter and knead until smooth elastic. Smooth into a ball. Place in an oiled bowl. Cover for 1 hour or until doubled in size. 2. Punch air out. Divide into 20 equal pieces. Roll into a ball. Bench rest or cover for 10 minutes. Flatten the dough and roll into a log and twist as shown in the video. Cover and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Preheat oven at 170C/ 350F for at least 15 minutes. 3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden. Let it cool down. 4. For the glaze mix together confectioner's sugar and milk until smooth. Dip twisted donuts. Air dry for at least 5 minutes. 4.
