Don’t Die Without Knowing Your Consciousness!!
Meditation is often misunderstood as simply sitting quietly with closed eyes. But the true purpose of meditation is much deeper. In this video, I explain why meditation is necessary and how our body, mind, and senses often become the source of our suffering. Through meditation, we slowly move beyond the body, beyond the mind, and beyond the senses, and begin to experience something deeper within us. I explain meditation with a simple example of a mala (rosary). Just like a mala has many beads connected by a single thread: • Breath becomes the bead • Awareness becomes the thread When awareness continues to move gently with each breath, without distraction, meditation naturally begins to happen. In this process, we begin to experience pure awareness — the silent background behind all thoughts and experiences. This awareness connects us with the primary source of prana, which is consciousness itself. I also briefly explain an important spiritual question: What actually leaves the body at the time of death? It is consciousness. So if in this life we can know consciousness consciously, then life finds its deepest meaning. Towards the end, I also explain the principle of meditation as A-Kriya — action without attachment and action without reaction. Meditation is not about escaping life. It is about knowing the deepest reality within yourself.
