The worst possible thing happened on day 11 months and 13 days of my Minecraft Hardcore world - just 16 days before the 1-year mark. I went into a Trial Chamber to farm copper bulbs and finish my dream weapon (a Wind Burst 2 Mace), and a diamond-sword Husk one-shot me out of nowhere.
