Did I just DESTROY my framed art?

As a professional artist, I almost always love my work so much it is hard to part with it; but there's times when I paint stuff that I really don't like and I normally just paint over it. In today's video I am painting over a piece I made that don't like; but that I LOVED a few years back! In fact, I once liked so much that I got professionally framed!!!
