This is our very first review of a land parcel development, which means customers will be buying their very own land as their canvas to build their own dream home. The concept alone is so different from what we are used to all these while, hence the target audience for such products are specific too. This project is a 10 mins drive away from Nilai town, which is developing rapidly. Owners get to enjoy all the convenience from grocers, to F&B, to entertainment and etc. At the same time enjoying that absolute privacy and serenity at their own home. If required, it takes around 45 mins to reach KL City Center. The charm of the site would be that orchard living experience, specifically the durian trees that are planted across the development. Also, the entire project comes with ready built infrastructure, clubhouse, and security facilities. That would be the main difference between other individual land developments around. However, I wish that the entrance could be more elaborated. I also curious to see how would the management hand over the common areas to the residents in the future.
