The Bad & The Ugly at Lake Chapala

May is a bummer for several reasons at Lake Chapala. Complete honesty with no bias or desire to make money, I'm not going to sugar-coat that this month is difficult for those of us who live here. April was not great, but May is downright unhealthy and ugly. Before you tell me to just move if I don't like it, this is my home. In comparison to any place else I've lived, it has very few shortcomings. So watch and understand why May is a month to be endured....or plan travels elsewhere to enjoy Spring where it is actually lovely.
